Bobby McFerrin - vocal as an instrument

Bobby McFerrin is the man behind the wellknown classic don't worry be happy from the 80's. Since then many jazz pieces has flowed from the inventive singer. His collaborations count jazz-pianist Chick Corea and many others.
He uses his voice as an instrument in improvisings, wordless or beyond words as his 2002 album title. He sometimes imitates the bass and can fully ground an artist in this way as he has done with Chick Correa on a duo piece where Bobby was there bass sometimes breaking out into wild improvisations.
Well i have put up for you a track from his beyond words record. A record where Chick Correa on piano/keys again met up with Bobby on kalimba/vocal featuring amongst others legendary expressionistic and soulfull bass player Richard Bona.

Kalimba suite

below is the video to his 80's hit don't worry be happy, a song that still reaches me with its clear message.
